The better motors like Hacker, Axi and a few others use magnets with temperature ratings of 150 deg.C and winding rated for temperatures even higher than that.
If any motor, irrespective of what the temperature rating is, reach temperature higher than what you can comfortably touch and hold for extended time, that is higher than about 60 deg.C, there is something wrong with your setup and you should address it.
