Retract Wheel Wells - Where to Find?
I'm wondering if anyone knows of where ABS or Composite wheel-well inserts can be purchased? It's for a Jet Arrows DH Vampire's main retracts in the composite wing. You see these often in large-scale Warbirds with retracts.
This should give you an idea: http://www.hangar-9.com/Products/Def...ProdID=HAN2589
I have made a set of thin wood inserts, but not sure how much I really like these.

Really? That is a wonderful offer. This is why I love the guys on RCG. If I recall the well itself is 2.7" and the wheel themselves are 2"
Any chance you have a picture?

here ya go. I think there would work best with a 2 1/4" wheel. they are 3/4" deep. strut spot is 3 1/2 long by 3/4 wide by 3/8 deep
They were actually in the trash bin because I had cleaned up a bit this weekend.
