EasyStar wing aileron size

I've had some old battered EasyStar wings given to me that I have decided to renovate for a custom build.

Whoever has owned them before has installed 10" X 1.5" ailerons around 4" in from the wing centre. I was wondering if any of you EasyStar guys out there could tell me if this aileron size is enough - it seems a tad small to me.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Those will make flaps, the ailerons need to be on the outer end, just before the flare. Poly what ever.
