What do you mean by "types"?
Cell count, mah, C-rating, chemistry?

You can charge batteries in parallel as long as the cell count (voltage) matches. You can even charge a 3s 2100 and a 3s 5000 together.

If its a small charger basically of the type supplied with RTF ... then safe answer is no.

The charger is most likely low power ... with poor cooling ... cheap board and components ... subjecting it to charging board would most likely overheat it and you'd end up with dead charger or even worse a shorted system risking dire effects on your LiPos.....

Also the charger is most likely a balance charger that charges via the balance lead ? If you change the cell count - it will not be able to safely work balance function.

If you want to improve your charging - then get a better charger .. that's the better solution.

To be really clear....NO!! You cannot ever connect batteries with different numbers of cells e.g. 3S and 4S in parallel. It kills them in seconds.
