40mm edf unit needed
I am in need of a 4 - 40mm edf units
I have looked at the gws edf40 EDF40-BL2018-3 (5800KV inrunner) that has stated 360g at 4s. I have also read a lot of bad things about them. I have also looked at the aeo ADF40-200 Plus 8600kv 2S units but 264g and wasn't sure if I could run this motor on 3s. I am looking at a AUW of 1680 - 1800g plane and looking for about a .7 ratio so I need at least 320g of thrust from each unit. I can run 2s-4s batteries. I am new to the edf stuff so i am unsure on where to buy and what motors fit what unit etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated of any combos of fans and motors or full units. Thanks |
