I got it also from HK today. It's the set with the casing too.

Now I wait on the replacement rotor.

From my experience the "light" blades range from 2.85 to 3.02 grams each.

If I recall correctly from other posts, the "heavy" blades are in the neighborhood of 3.4-3.5 grams each.

no, as they tend to produce less thrust when the blades come out...

For those that got the weaker rotors, don't expect HK to acknowledge that they are "defective".

They do make good paper weights and conversation pieces...

There wasn't enough of mine left to make a paper weight I guess the motor it pretty much destroyed could be used for that

I'm selling my used HET 700-68-1500kv motor
it is asselbled with an HET9305-700 fan
never used more than 8s and never raised the amps above 83 which was the maximum in my flyfly MB339.. with the macchi we were actually trying slow passes so the motor was never ever stressed.

asking 130 for the Fan and motor
and 100 for the motor only Shipped WW

Should we not at all use these 46 grams weaker rotors or is there a limited usage such as max setup for 6S 1500kv 85 Amps?
Mine was very good in the static balance.

yup. I too want to know if it will work with the 1600 kv motors or not. I understand that they cannot sustain the higher rpm's and higher KV and or 7-10s combinations.
In the mean time, i will order replacement blades this week...

I personally will not use any more of my 45g rotors as they are too much work to dynamically balance and then have them destroy the shroud and possibly motor shaft as well. Had one blow at only 1800watts on 6S even though it was perfectly dynamically balanced.

The very early 45g rotors are still working for me but the ones sold this summer were duds.
