I used to use a m/c, but with all the holes, taking the blade on/off just takes longer!

I have now placed the elevator servo in position. Glued on the aft turtle deck and closed up the bottom. I have done it all differently this time. I normally run a row of "spotwelds" along the joint line which I overlap by about 5mm, esier and quicker. This time it is flush, the 2mm aft turtle deck and the fuzz side. I will then cover with self adhesive vinyl.

I like the servo in the tail option. Now why didn't I think of that

Was wondering how you manage to glue long edges together with hot glue without the glue cooling and curing before you get it all laid down and stuck together....

Note to self: Use spot glue dumb dumb

Watching in anticipation to see what color scheme you are going to dream up for this one....

For this very reason I use contact glue. Check the previous pages on this thread, you will see a pic of how I glue the ailerons. The spotwelds serve the same purpose, but not for closeing, just along any joint.
