New Lynx Video at over 500 watts!
There was a tree line just past me so had to pull up just as she went by. I am sure that hurt the speed a little. Not a good place to fly. I Should have just waited until I could get out to my flying field. She is fast as heck though!

Not bad on a $25 motor!! Ben....I am using Don's wicked motor. 2700kv I believe. 4s 2200 thunderpower extreme v2.
Don. the battery was not even warm, so this could be THE battery for this plane! The motor was fine too, even drawing 39 amps on the grouond! Brian |

apc 4.1x4.1, phoenix 35 controller, 3 hs 55 servos, and Thunderpower 4s 2200 wxtreme v2. You can get the motor, 40 amp controller, and equivalent servos all from donsrc.com. Motor and controller is only $65!!!

Just found this one, Tumbler! Freakin' amazing.
I am a big fan of Don's motors and I was looking for a new/cheap/fast project... this might be it! HL is out of stock at the moment... Some people say that the Lynx is tough to fly...do you agree? What would you compare it to? |
