Here is another simple to build trainer that you can consider.
Trainer Type Plane - http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1281056 That might work good with the materials you have been using so far. And you can simply scale the size up or down a little to suit your materials. There is a plan with dimensions in post #24: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showp...7&postcount=24 Jack |

Don't look for too much precision or accuracy from that plan, just call it a 32" length and that is close enough. if you insist on it, you can call the length to be about 32-1/4". Quote:
So if you write down all the dimensions you want to know and do the math, you will have the dimensions for the 90% or 36" version. Warning! Don't let the math make you crazy! Round off the numbers or you'll be working in decimal fractions of an inch that will not come out to anything you can find on a ruler... Jack |

Are you looking for something like the Blu Baby 24? You can see one in this post:
http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showp...ostcount=18557 If you search the Blu Baby thread for "BB 24" and "BB24" with an any date range you find hundreds of posts discussion that build. Here are some links to info and plans for the BB 24 Blu-Baby 24 Parts Kit Tiled.pdf (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showa...mentid=1846489) Blu-Baby 24 Parts Kit Full.pdf (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showa...mentid=1846490) Blu-Baby 24.pdf (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showa...mentid=1846488) Blu-Baby 24 KFm2 Wing.pdf (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showa...mentid=2047423) Blu-Baby 24 KFm2 Wing Parts Full.pdf (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showa...mentid=2047424) Blu-Baby 24 KFm2 Wing Parts Tiled.pdf (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showa...mentid=2047425) Depending on the weights, the BB 24's seemed to generally be powered with 24 gram Wonder motors and 2S packs, when you find the builds you'll find the power system specifics too. Some of the lightest ones flew with the C10 10 gram motors too. Jack |
