Hey C.S.R. Nancy?
Just trying to find out what's going on with order number 16910-121129? I placed this order in late November, and the people on the phone on your end have been telling me "next week" since about mid December. Your site STILL says item will be available "early January 2013", which it obviously isn't. Does ANYONE there know when these things will be available? Perhaps C.S. and Shipping/Receiving should get on the same page instead of just stringing people along like this, which most rational people would agree is ridiculous. It's a good thing I have my E-Flite Blade Nano CPX to keep me occupied while I wait...and wait...and wait...and wait. Please don't appologize for the inconvenience, just tell me FOR CERTAIN when my item will be available, and when it will ship. PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T tell me next week again, I really AM getting tired of hearing that, unless it actually IS going to be available next week, and if it isn't...again...well, we'll just proceed from there I guess...

What is the reason you can't get a refund, or at least apply what you paid towards something else (to at least get something)

They don't really have anything else I want. I have enough planes for now. I dunno, if I get the same shpeel again, I'm just gonna cancel the order, and see if they can see their way clear to putting the money back in my paypal so I can shop elsewhere. See what happens...

OK, THIS time the C.S.R. was honest (why didn't they just tell me in the first place) and said she really didn't know, she DID know the shipment was stateside, just being held up at Customs for whatever reason they have. So I went ahead and cancelled the order (sick of waiting), and she said the money would go back into my paypal in 1 to 3 days, so once that happens, I have my eye on a couple other helis, and NOW I'll have enough to get a couple batteries to boot!
