difficult to be allot smaller.
also the discharge current is a tad small at 10A amps. Wayne may input his thoughts on the relevence of the 10A as compared to his meter

I would trust, and purchase, yours over the copycat any day.

I own, and love, my Wayne Giles ESR meter; just wish it was smaller, but feature-wise, a real winner. It comes to the field with me and folks know I have it. Amazing how many bad packs get sorted out rather quickly with Wayne's meter. Folks bring a pack to me complaining that (1) they had fully charged it, (2) motor ran out of juice a minute or so in the flight, and (3) voltage (no-load) still reading higher than storage... Invariably, one cell has significantly higher IR than the others...
