Setting up a F3X with Turnigy 9x
Im curious about if any of you have set up their F3X plane with a turnigy 9x.
I have a Futaba 12FG for my F3F planes and I am pretty happy with it, but I also own a 9x with er9x firmware and frsky module for my multicopters and just wonder if any of you had tried. I would not mind to try but the software looks a little bit scary to me

Do you have a manual or is one available online for you to down load? You should be able to set it up to fly a 4 servo wing but it is the crow or butterfly mixing you want to check out and whether it has flight modes for the various different phases of flight you might want to have. Launch, Landing, Cruise, Speed etc...

I use an 9X with my DLG, so in a bit a F3X plane although not a 4 servo wing
But I would not concider it an issue to add two more servos to the mix.
However, I failed miserably with er9x, so I installed open9x instead, and found it much easier.
The two main reasons is; 1 it has flight modes, and 2 it marks active mixers with bold in the display.
