sorry to be a scale Nazi but it does not qualify as PSS . The simple rule as spelled out by all our friends in the ISR an PSSA have a fairly simple rule but its good
To qualify as a PSS aircraft your plane must meet 2 requirements,
A. It must be a model of a REAL powered aircraft.
B. Your plane must look like the real plane.

1) BUT, ... If it was a concept, ... it didn't need to fly.
2) Rules only apply to foreigners coming from down under!
