FSI Plans

I have a few plans from FSI. These are works of art just as drawings.
I don't know too much about designer though.
Steve at Outerzone has 17 plans listed by FSI....are there more?
Who was the brains/artist behind these?

Ha ha.....I don't have anything that Outerzone doesn't. Just search FSI on his site.

There's 26 uploads on the Hippocket site but there may be some duplicates. I thought I saw somewhere that there were a little over 40 in total. You're right about them being beautiful drawings. But like the Dave Rees plans too fragile for my fat fingers.

There's some background in the pre 60 vintage plans thread..

Yeah, I have never tried to build one of these. They look very detailed and fragile.

No, I don't sell plans anymore. Between Outerzone and Hippocket, you should be able to download a good chunk of these. All I had was the listing of the plans that were published.

Most of my hard copies of plans were sold off on ebay a few years back when I went to digital copies. You may want to use the listing and see if AMA plan service has any of the missing plans that are not on Outerzone or Hippocket.
Wish I could have been more help.

Dave

Looking for Two Aeromodeller Plans

Algy...Many thanks for presenting the Aeromodeller plans.....brings back a lot of good memories as well as providing some current useful data! I'd sure like to get a look at Al Wisher's "Wishbone" A2 from the May 1964 issue as I am told that the model was very good in wind and turbulence. In addition, I flew an A1 in 1964 which had a Jedelsky sheet wing that scored well. I'd guess it was published in Aeromodeller in '62 or '63? Any info or PDF's appreciated.

Hi Rudder_bug52,
Good to hear your enjoying AEROMODELLER plan posts.

Sorry but I cannot help you with the Al Wishers A2 “WISHBONE” design. I just checked my list and I don’t have the May 1964 issue. There are a few holes in my collection, Actually quite a few from the 1960’s.

Some one else such as Aeromeddeler may be able to help.

Cheers
