Phoenix RC Helicopter Blade SR vs Trex

I was just practicing hovering on Phoenix and realised how much easier it is to fly the Blade SR as opposed to the Trex 450. The Blade SR seems to have a self correcting mechanism, but the Trex 450 doesn't. But, the Trex 450 is a whole lot more agile and responsive to stick inputs. I'm just wondering, if both are collective pitch helis, why is there such a difference? Is it due to the gyro or something?
