Kin is a good friend of mine before I started this thread. Despite working relationship issue with TFmodel (manufacturer of all fuselages, SmartModel was the distributor), I have not said much publicly as I found it unnecessary. Kin has since moved on to working with other manufacturer in China and I wished him the best of luck when I met him in Nuremberg Feb 2012.

Some of the fuselages of late he mentioned are deigned and funded by others in the industry, you might know the names too and will soon be made known when they are ready for release.

At the very least, Kin might be away for awhile until he resolves some personal issues.

While I have no financial dealing with TFModel, Smartmodel and other fuselage distributors, I am after all a scale enthusiast. I don't want to close this thread, although I am considering this. Or, change the thread to TFModel is an option.

I know EC145 T2 is being worked on, and AS350 is in the pipeline. Let me hear from you 1) let this thread to continue, 2) close it.

All promises for new and cheaper fuselages are not kept -
And new fuselages are sold via distributors which use their position to ask for high prices.
So there is no benefit for us.

I agree close it.

I have been waiting over a year now on product and items that were promised to me and have yet to see or received anything.

I to agree with fassla selling his product through a distributor does very little for us the hobby enthusiast no matter what the issue personal or other wise and indeed the price will be most likely drove up because of this.

Close it!

I think it would be a shame for this thread to disappear completely, I'd say rename it to TFmodels.. And see were the future takes us and if things change down the line then rename again to what ever becomes appropriate at that time.

I understand you http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showp...97&postcount=8
most important is the customer support if you hate or have problems with that shop you can't buy elsewhere

Same here, 1 week ago he mailed that he gone send me some pics with the final completed fuse, since then nothing....instead ended up with Uh 1N which is not bad at all but the T 2 shurly looked interesting, also not a word about the upgraded gears for the raised tail...

As for the thread +1 for keeping it,..it still contains a lot of information that are usable, preferable with Tf model as topicname.

Cheers
Jack

IMHO, the number of unfulfilled promises here justifies closing the thread. It can remain for viewing, but there's little point in further discussion.

I agree with Jack, keep it open and maybe sometime Kin reacts.
