Lol, no feud here. I learned to fly when I was 8 years old with a big ol' Futaba FGK radio. My hands weren't big enough to pinch with

Back in the '70s I didn't use a tray either. When I got back into the hobby 10 years ago, I did a lot of simulator flying with the transmitter in front of me. After that, pinching the sticks became more natural for me, so I bought a tray. Now I wouldn't fly without it.

the Horus looks smaller when held in the hands than standing alone.

I've had the system for a couple of days now and I've been thinking back about the very first impression when I opened the nicely made FrSky carrying case with the X12S Horus graphics on it. When I lifted it out and I was holding it in my hands for the first time, it did seem smaller than I expected and the details seemed finer than I'd seen in all the pictures.

About the only way I can describe the overall appearance and feel at that point is it was like I was holding a very expensive medical instrument that was built to a standard rather than built to a price point.

I think my building time will be reduced for a while now that the X12S has arrived!

Mike
