Got a Corvalis some time ago from a friend. First of all was stripping off the simple lines-design and adding the newest Corvalis look (...under construction, but looks similar now) :-)

flyzone corvalis

I thought it would be fun to fly and get some flap experience, WRONG, mine
rolled left and I barley got it down in one piece. The flaps are warped, the next flight I crashed. I've rebuilt it, glued the flaps straight along the wing, but the nose wheel is weak where I glued it all back together. It's ready to try again, but as far as I"m concerned, flyzone makes junk.

I always check a plane thoroughly before i fly it.
If the flaps were warped, i would have fixed them prior to flying the plane.
Any foam plane can come with warped control surfaces, regardless of the brand.
I find it wrong to experience a problem like this, & then post a blanket statement saying "Flyzone makes junk".
How many Flyzone planes have you had ?
Also, reading your post, i am assuming you had no prior experience flying planes with flaps.
Flaps can cause unexpected things to happen until you get comfortable with them.

I'm surprised. My Corvalis is a teddy bear to fly. It is one of my easiest planes. Great for relaxing flights.

I, too, have many FlyZone planes and have been reasonably pleased with them. I'm sorry your experience was otherwise.

I totally agree with you.
I rarely fly my Corvalis anymore, because it is so easy to fly, i ended up getting a little bored with it (i plan to take it out again before long for like you said "relaxing flights")
I don't even see where having some warp in the flaps would be much of a problem.
The warp couldn't have been very bad, or the plane would have required a fair amount of trimming with the flaps up.

And the crashed parts...

Had forgotten to put the flaps "in", stalled and landed into the hill.

the parts may be cheap and easy to get, but that paint job is priceless!

I hadn't flown my Corvalis since 2011.

I took it out today and apart from some bad trimming (presumably due to flying surfaces warping in storage) it's still a very relaxing flier. I'd forgotten what a great glider it is as well (I enabled the motor brake on mine). Not a sailplane, sure, but it seems to fly power-off a lot better than my T28

So after toying with the idea of gutting it and hanging the airframe up somewhere, then seeing it look so good up in the air... I suspect it's still got a future.

My model is waiting for a new prop and spinner at the moment.

You can't buy these parts in germany this time, cause Kyosho Germany with Hype plus partner Robbe are away from market some weeks ago :-(
