FAA Admits their Intimidation was not legal

In a recent policy document the FAA made it clear that they were not allowed to order the removal of videos posted on line that showed aerial imaging or videos that may have been taken by during unauthorized operation.

A perfect example of way too much government.

Makes you think the FAA spends all there time dreaming up rules. This has happened several times. Looks like to me that the FAA has way too much time on their hands and that their budget should be cut way back. Apparently they have way too many employees with nothing useful to do.

Over reaching on the law is why the FAA has lost so much credibility. They have proven themselves to be "not trustworthy". Whatever position they take on any NAS related subject should be ignored until vetted by congress.

+1

We should all just go fly and stop reacting to all the FAA “flip-plop” statements until Congress actually passes a law.
