Awesome! Perfection is the new world champ! I guess I'll leave mine alone and practice more.

Lemme bring this thread back to life with a question...
Would MKS DS6100's be enough servo for the V-tail version? They're over 40 ounces of torque at 6v, and since they will always be working together that's potentially 80oz of effective torque for either yaw or pitch.
how about for the ailerons? I have a stock pile of 6100s that I'd like to put to use.

MKS 6100s

Bodywerks,

6100s are a great choice for the vtails!
and Ailerons too and I suggest our bearing frames for the best results!

Best,
Bob

... and here is the link for the mounts.

They work well. Be careful when attaching them because the servos are removed by sliding back first and than up so if you get glue in the way the servo will not slide back.

Got it. Thanks. Buying 4 mks 65k's right before they issued a TSB on them turned out to be a good buy - turned 4 65k's into 8 6100's!

So...is anyone flying the Perfection V besides the original testers? I'm sure there are but this thread has been quiet for some time now.

Are your explorers v also? I flew one last weekend. It seemed to fly pretty well, although it was kind of hard to tell since it was set up mode 2 on the transmitter and I'm a mode 4 flyer
