How to center control arms on servos?

I just installed some servos in the plane that I am building. Before adding the control linkages, I centered the servos with my transmitter trim tabs. When at center, the arms are not perpendicular. Nearly all of the servos that I have had have been off a little. Is there a way to adjust the servos to bring the arms back perpendicular when the transmitter trim tabs are at center?

Some servos have a "differential" spline alignment. Try removing the servo arm, rotating it 180 degrees, and replacing it.
