Lipo battery size, 3cell WWII warbirds

I just upgraded my Zero from stock motor and NiMHx8 720mah
to a GP 20-30-3500, 5.3:1, 10x7, and 720mah NiMHx10
big improvement!

Working on a Spitfire and may get a Formosa or 3D in the future.
Want to get 3-4 lipo battery packs. What is a good Mah choice?
I see everything used from 1300-2000. What seems to be the sweet
spot for weight and duration?

Hi. I like these http://www.unitedhobbies.com/UNITEDH...idProduct=6307 in my Formosa. Mine only weigh 120 grams, not the 138 grams they have listed??? I've tried to keep my Formosa reasonably light (16.5 oz AUW) Balanceing the 'mosa is easy with these bats as well. I use this motor http://www.unitedhobbies.com/UNITEDH..._15A_Outrunner and a HD8040 prop, I get 10 min flight times using only 75% of the battery's capacity.
As for the Spitfire, I am picking up my kit tomorrow, so I'll be interested in others suggestions too.

Brushless outrunner

I have installed a Tower Pro BP-21 with a 7X5 GWS prop and a CC10 esc. and a 3s/910 mahr lipo. Before you glue the fuselage sides together check the battery box for size. It's easier to cut it out now before there together. Ask how I know that.
I had to add a little weigh to the nose as it was tail heavy. Flies sweet.

1800 3S pack is probably the most versatile size. I've used this in

Formosa 1 & 2
Spitfire (tight fit)

can't remember if I used a 1800 or 1500 in the Me109

GWS EPS-300C can hadle 3 cells Li-po to be with EP9050HD or EP8060HD props.

4 cells, may be too high for brushed motors!
