Help!
Did HobbyKing loose my order?!

After making an order last week, HK sent me she shipping notice on thursday, along with the tracking number. Apparently they shipped it with malasia post. I have repeatedly tried the tracking number, but all I get is this: "Record Not found
RC001555593MY
No information for the following shipments has been received by our system yet.
Please try again later or contact Customer Service at 1-300 300 300 for further assistance."
What should I do? Has anyone had this happen?

It's been less than a week, give it some time. Chances are you'll get the item before the tracking info is accurate. Chances are this is your first HK order? Just have a feelin...

Shipping is not their forte. Watch your calendar and start getting more concerned at the 30 days mark. If you used PP, you have until 45 to raise a complaint. If you do, don't shut the complaint until you have your money or items back.

Yes, wait a couple more days. I have not yet gotten Malasia Post, but all of my orders with them and others took a good solid week before anything worked for me. Then I even received my order before it moved from customs...

When I order stuff from HobbyKing's international warehouse... I often get a "tracking number" that says "not found" until the day it arrives. Then it says "delivered". Not terribly helpful.

Here in US/Arizona... shipping time is usually 10 to 14 days.

hoppy found it on 17track, that is my go to site as hey track darn near anything.

Hold tight on your package. I have had packages that said "origin post preparing shipment" yet it was in my hands. Sometimes the tracking doesnt update, sometimes it sits in a container until its full to ship, sometimes couriers make mistakes and dont scan a package or sometimes it doesnt update till customs.

Yep 17 Track are normally good at finding most parcels sent from where ever and i normally use them if i want to check where a parcel is,but i try to for get about it until around the 15 day mark if not the more you check to see where it is the longer it feels it takes,a bit like watching paint dry or waiting for a kettle to boil.

It's a shame Hong Kong customs decided to change the rules on lipo shipments as that's why HK had to swap postal companies, once we all get use to the the shipping companies and their ways the better.
