Maybe, just maybe... you could be bothered to explain in a little more detail?

I'll pop over on my Segway, and we'll record in tandem!

Wh...Whats this? Who's this peasant that arrived in this american automobile contraption? rcmaverick? Foam aeroplane and such?

So much of a waste of my time to even stand here on my novel form of transportation. I'll be off to the film festival next door.

Cheers!

I was thinking that technology will eventually develop which will allow RC Flyers to use the Google Glass to check altitude, flight times, bearings, distance from origin, Various First Person Views whilst watching the real thing with the naked eyes.

A bit out of my price range, but it sure looks like a great new gadget. Bet it won't take long before cheap knock-offs come along.

His powerful brain is far too busy imagining the possibilities to work out small stuff like details.

Texting, listening to the radio, reading an e'book, shaving, eating, putting on makeup, flying an airplane AND DRIVING. It's called multi-tasking. It's why car manufacturesr are putting collision avoidance systems (auto-pilots?) into cars and GPS auto-pilots are needed for model airplanes.

It's the next logical step in the chain - Scratch built, kit built, ARF, RTF, Flys itself.

I have enough of a problem holding the Tx up and glancing at the coutdown timer without loosing the plane. I really wish I could hook my talking timer into the Tx so it would auto-start when I open the throttle. Maybe I could hook a second Rx to the timer and use it to start the count-down. Or, maybe I could rig a decoder onto the trainer plug to trigger it from the throttle channel - now there's an idea.

Boycotting Google is impossible.

Glass would be awesome for FPV flying! The folks that have it now are called "Explorers" and will do some software development for it. Hopefully a few of these lucky folks that had $1500 to burn are R/C or FPV enthusiasts as that would be neat!

Google, however, is being pretty strict about Glass for right now. You can't sell or even give them away according to the TOS. They might relax that once they are available for public consumption but it's locked down tight right now.
