Looking for brightest
Lights , LED I would be able to run off one of my lipo packs
Looking to and a little safety to another toy would like a "headlight"
And some tail lights so it's a little less dangerous at night

I would stick with automotive style led lamps since you are using 6s packs. Led strips designed for 24v might get a bit warm on the full 25.2v of a fully charged 6 cell lipo.
Found a few possibilities on ebay.
You probably already know using the full 6s voltage will limit your options. Have you considered a switching voltage regulator that will provide a 12v output? It might actually save a few bucks if you shop carefully.
Something like this would have enough current capacity if you stay well below 240 watts:
