Bugatti P100

Hey guys, I want to build a bugatti P100 for an indoor pylon racing competition, it limits 20g motor and minimum wing span is 42cm.
Anyway i think the Bugatti looks cool, but I'm not sure about that Y tail pulling sharp turns... Any advice? Maybe i should change it into a conventional tail.

You could have the "V" act as elevator(s) only, with a little Y-shaped flexible wire joiner between the halves. Attach the elevator pushrod to the bottom of the Y. The wire will flex enough to allow for the difference in the hinge lines.

Sounds like a cool project!

Cheers,
Duane

Indoor Pylon racing... would love to learn more about it.
I built a Q100 for indoor... basically scaled down a Q500 to 100sq inches. the Vtail was a bit tricky but it works good. 1 servo, no rudder function...

Many years ago somebody built a 1/4 midget Bugatti. IIRC, it flew pretty good.
