I'd try making both contact sides rougher before putting epoxy or hot glue. And I'd trust epoxy more when gluing the struts to the slots. Hot glue dries in seconds, and works better for gluing 9-gram servo to foam fuselage.

First time I did a test taxi with mine the landing gear collapsed. IMHO it needs reenforcement.

I have modified the Tiger Moth 400 landing gears to the point of making it very strong and scale like. I posted photos of it on this thread earlier (last fall0. You might want to check it out.

Nice looking Moth! Have not tried my 400 on pavement yet, but she is great off the short grass at the sod farm.
