I have four Turnigy 3 cell 2200 ma batteries, When I discharge them to 10.5 or 11 volts I can put 2200 to 2100 ma back when ballance charging. The batteries are barely warm after use. No puffing. I've checked with two different volt meters. I use an e-station BC-6 charger. Maybe batteries mis-labeled???

The amout they or any other Lipoly delivers down to a certain voltage will depend on the discharge rate. Most chargers in the discharge mode have very limited discharge abilities. I have tested many 2200 mAh LiPolys that even at 30A (13.4C) deliver well over the recomended 80% level of discharge.

This is an assortment of 2200s most 3 + years old with varying number of cyclesd on them.

FYI If discharged at 0.5C to 3.0V per cell most every Lipoly yhese days will delive more than their rated capacity but will also suffer deminished life cycles.

I just found this thread in a search and I dont mean to hi-jack.. I've always been told not to get below 3.8v per cell. When I looked at my charger/discharger I see it only gives me an option to discharge to 3.0 6.0 9.0 or 12.0v. I am discharging a few of my airplane batteries for the winter. What do you suggest?

Your charger should have a "storage" mode which will hopefully discharge to 3.85v per cell. Otherwise just fly them down to 3.85v resting voltage by flying for about 50% or less of what you normally fly for.
