I am seeing the same problem with the OSD Mk2 what ever the problem is it goes across both the MK1 and Mk2 osd. It works in PAL but not NTSC, can others please confirm they are seeing this as well in NTSC. I have tried and FPV camera in NTSC and it also freezes the osd information overlay making it useless.

A little background info...So originally I had the Z15GH2 with V1 of the HDMI board. I was getting the black and white/blurry picture issue. Robert sent me a V2 HDMI board. This solved the black/white downlink issue. However, after installing the V2 HDMI board, my iOSD no longer works properly. When my camera is off, the iOSD works just fine. As soon as I turn my camera on, the iOSD basically "freezes" and shuts off after 30 seconds or so. I am still getting a video downlink. As soon as I turn off my GH2, the iOSD works again, but obviously I do not have a video downlink. I am using all DJI components (VTX/iOSD/WKM etc). Anyone have any ideas? The HDMI cable has been replaced so that is ruled out. Robert also sent me a SAO adapter which also does not solve the issue (actually makes it worse, makes the video downlink all grainy and dark). As I have not heard of anyone else having this problem I wonder if it something I am doing wrong? Any ideas? Thanks for your help!

This might be a stupid remark, but what happens if you turn the camera on before powering on your iosd?

Same thing, the overlay still freezes up and eventually shuts off. In PAL mode it works no problem...

Its pretty light and easy to hold by the rod ends.
All we did was setup the Zenmuse and WKM and mounted everything.
Then we used some CF rod for handles.

Not stupid, but I have tried as many options as I can see. The mk2 has the same problem in ntsc, and if any on else can test this on ntsc ver 2 hdmi board, I would appreciate it. in fact any ntsc camera would work.

Hi Guys I am trying to setup a second Futaba 8FG to control the Z15 via SBUS. It seems like everything is working other then the FPV setup. I can't get aux2 to work in order to change which direction (either forward or down) right now its stuck in down so it doesn't help me too much. Any ideas? I know in the Wookong assistant you have to set SBUS do but I don't see any place to do that in the Zen assistant. Any help would be great!

Are there any instructions, guide lines for replacing the HDMI board? is it plug-n-play? do i need to update firmware?
Please help, i really don't like the idea of pulling apart a $3500 piece of gear without at least TWO instructions...
And maybe I'm blind but none of my searches have come up with anything.
