Good luck with building it....
It is not an easy task. At the time I called the dealer to complaint missing parts, than I found out the brass tubes were the missing parts. All you have to do is cut, solder and paint.

The hull was reinforced with carbon/kevlar to withstand the wheight , vibrations and heat. Zenoah 26 with clutch and water pump. Are you building it electric or gas?

I'm building it electric . I purchased jet drives , gears and 2 X Graupner Speed 700 BB motors . You can run the Azimut up to 16 cell battery with gear system and Graupner Speed 700 BB motors .

If you can post a video , I'll be pleased . I want to see how your Azimut goes on the surface....

I just got myself one of these. I'll post some pics and vids soon.

What are you guys using for battery power in these things? I have the twin 700 BB motors. I have 16 loose cells. perhaps I'll make it a massive mega battery for those high speed runs.

Hi ThunderboltV12,

Before you make one massive single pack, you might want to place the batteries around the hull in different spots to adjust ballast and CG. Might end up making a couple sadlle packs or something that you will wire in series.

Good idea. I'll definitely try that. maybe just split up the 16 cells into 4 seperate 4 cell packs so that i can move them around.

Well, it looks like this boat was designed and weighted for a pair of Power Wheels batteries, so I have ordered those to drop into her.

I'm going to use my cells for my Villain IV.
