The flange works out very well, makes fitting the deck super easy.
This one features a small recess to allow the deck to sit "in" and not on top, still untrimmed in these pics.
We try to make them strong as often sail when it's like this....!

What Glue?

John,
Your hulls look fantastic! Got a question, what glue adheasive do you use to bond the two halfs of the hull together (and the keel strut)?????

Thank you, I think the tooling has been worth it makes the finished product very clean.
We have gone back and forth on resins, did a few boats in Ampreg and some in Proset (both post cured).
So far we haven't seen much difference.
For the hull joining you can also see a wide tape as part of the assembly in the pic.
On the keel fins we are using a foaming agent to expand inside the halves and fill them.

That hose clamp doesn't look good for flow... pretty critical there at the fin/bulb intersection.

just teasing! Looks nice! bulb casting is split vertically down the center?
