Ultimate Singe Piece Landing Gear

I am looking for an after market single piece landing gear for my Ultimate ARF 46 sized Bipe. I have read and seen that the kits landing gear leaves much to be desired. The ARF comes with a two piece landing. The mounting area is 5 inches across and one and half inches deep. It uses four bolts to mount the landing gear. I am thinking two bolts would be adequate to secure the landing gear to the fuselage. The width of the landing gear need not be 1.5 inches wide, could just as easily be an inch wide. I would perfer a fiber glass replacement but will accept a good aluminum one.

I will be flying off grass so will probably use big wheels sans any wheel pants. I am not crazy about wheel pants anyway. I will be using an Saito .82 so there will be plenty of power.

Recommendations?????

you could probly make your own! if you can find some 1/8" by 3/4" aluminum! I have the GP ultimate 46 size kit! and this is what it comes with!

I fly off a grass runway and have had no issues with my gear! even with wheelpants and smallish tires!

Possibly you are looking in the wrong direction. What brand is your Ultimate? Some are are known more for their weak fuselage construction where the gear mounts rather than weak gears.

Yes, I found the TNT and will probably order it up. It is kinda pricey compared to other after market landing gears.

Thanks all.
