Just thought highlighting the keywords will be useful to those who missed it.

FYI, Rani is asking about the Frsky Taranis, which is a radio, not a quad.

@theimacman, I believe Rani was talking about the 939, which is a quad... he was asking whether or not the 939 will work with the Frsky Tanranis via the WL-T6.

In which case no, it won't work with the 939 (the quad) for sure.

We haven't tested the HT8/WL-T6 with the Taranis yet, but if the supplied cables fit the trainer jack, then it (the module) most likely will work with the HiSKY birds and rebrands.

The birds that the HT8/WL-T6 can control are:

HiSKY- HFP80/100, HCP80/100, HMX120 (FBL70-100, FF120)
WLToys- V922, V933, V944, V955
Turnigy- FBL100, Micro Qbot

I hope you believe the official from HiSky than some customer service staff in BG.

Hi all!

I'm having lots of trouble with this unit, I just can't figure out how to bind this to my v944...

In some thread I read that I should plug the battery to the v944, and wait for a single flash of the LED, and then turn on the WL-T6... Well, that just doesn't happen!

When I plug the battery in, the v944 immediately starts slowly blinking for a few seconds, then does exactly seven small jerks with the servos, and then blinks its LED rapidly... and then... nothing!
It does not respond in any way to my TX.

This happens every time, regardless if the TX (Devo 7E) and/or the WL-T6 is on or off, or any combination I can think of...

Since there are three things, the TX, the WL-T6, and the v944 itself, that needs to be turned on in the correct sequence, with the perfect timing, is there anyone who have managed to bind these things that would like to share...?

Also. the manual states that:
"If the radio controller you use can supply the power to the RF Module, please turn off the sealed battery to off status"

How on earth do you do that?

There is of course an on/off button, but it shuts the whole WL-T6 down, not just the battery???

I'm puzzled by all this, to say the least...

If your TX is supplying power to the t6, it should remain powered up with swim off, if not, it means your TX is not powering three unit and you need to turn the t6 swi on, for power.

Rani... I have the same question about how to bind the Taranis and the V929 (the mini quad, not the microquad).... have you had any luck with this?

My sad experience. Sometime ago I've buy on banggood.com V922 heli + WL-6T module, hoping to use it with my Turnigy or Taranis. IT ISN'T WORK AT ALL!!! I've try any possible - JR, Futaba and Walkera config for wl-6t, all settings PPM frame on TX - servo movements still be very jittered and delayed. Wasted money...

Romushok, servo jitter movements are not caused by settings. It's a strange issue that affects all transmitters - even the stock non-programmable transmitter, if I remember correctly. To solve it, rebind your heli to the WL-T6. It took me around 10 rebinds to get rid of the jitter.

Dear all,
some days ago I received the WL-T6 module by Banggood and I'm trying to let it work with my Spektrum DX6i and WLToys V944. I see this module should work together with Spektrum radios and I tryed to follow the parameters iside the package of the module itself. The problem is that I'm a newbie and even if I can bind the hely, I'm not able to configure correctly my DX6i .

Is there anybody that was successful in configuring Spektrum DX6i + WL-T6 + V944 that can help me? Any suggestion would be very appreciated... thanks for your help!!
