Can someone explain the numbers?

I am trying to decide which brushless for my Formosa. I am fairly new to electrics, and don't know what the numbers mean. On B-P-P sits, the numbers for the Razor 350: Kv 4200, Io .9, Rm .1.
Can someone please give a simple explanation of what the Kv, Io, and Rm mean?
Thanks,

David

KV is the voltage constant. It is the number of revolutions the motor wil do per volt it is given.

Io is the amperage. I think if this as the amount of amperage draw that dose not go towards flying your plane. Waisted energy. Lower is better.

Rm is the resistance. How much retistance the motors windings have to the flow of electrons. Lower is also better.
