The 3D Max in Phoenix flies kinda impossibly well... be sure to turn the physics to 100%
However, it flies very similar to my Extra MX, and planes like the Addiction and I think it just has to do with light weight and a big wing. I think any plane with a good size wing and light weight will fly very similar. However, keep in mind that the simulator isn't totally accurate, and there's some things that are way off, like the stall and snap characteristics. I find the Desert Aircraft Extra and the Yak-54 to be a bit more realistic.
