Vans RV-7
Started a new project, Full size RV-7 .A fellow modeler from years back called me ,wanting my assistance , finiishing this beast of a home built . pics coming soon.

A friend of mine has a Vans RV. I forget the -# but it is a two place model. He said one of the common problems with the Vans are the gear legs get a funny vibration/oscillation/harmonic at higher speeds during take-off. The fix is to bond a strip of Oak or other hardwood along the back edge of the struts. I guess it doesn't have to be a very big piece as its still covered by the fairing.

Nice work mate!! I am at aboput the same stage on my R5V-7A build but I am building the tricycle 7A, also with the tip-up canopy and the horizontal induction cowl.
