9x6 props are not ideal for multirotors. You tend to end up with very flat pitch props to get the greatest static thrust.

Before you buy any motors play around with this program to get a feel for how it will perform.

Also since you are just beginning do yourself a favor and get the KK2.0 board. It is so much easyier to get setup and going.

Thanks i was actuly looking for that board but i didnt know what it was called, as for the motors i see what you mean. If you were in my situation what would you do for motors and props keeping in mind i want them to be as cheap as possible beings im only 15 and my only job is lawnmowing and thats out of season. I also do not understand Kv and such completely, i have a idea of how to solve for rpm but thats about it.

Kv is the voltage to RPM constant. ie a higher kv will try to turn faster with the same voltage. most 3s powered smaller quads are powered by 750 to 1000 kv motors with 8 to 12 inch props. This is where ecalc comes into play.

Take a look at RC timer motors. They are pretty cheap and work pretty well.
