HobbyKing lost returned item
I sent RMA-item to HobbyKing. Tracking system said the parcel was taken on December 31. After about a month I asked Support Service to find my package. The answer was: "We sent request to warehouse, please wait, we will send you a letter". Within a month and a half I have been got such answers and there are still no changes. I still can't see no RMA-procedure result, no my item (over $900 cost), no my money.
What could you advise me in this situation? Any similar situation?
