Have you noticed most batteries are constantly moving up there mah? I've seen cheap China/HK/TW cells with 3000+ mah. I know its not correct nor they been tested properly to standard but still.

MAH and batteries is way off topic but I see and understand the point your making. Just keep in mind voltage is key with rc karting not mah. Besides a mere race is only minutes not hours which is related to MAH.

Sorry I guess I didn't really answer your question. The new cells or shall I say the ones we've been testing are the same in voltage and MAH but these like to discharge faster than the Reedys. Whats the difference then? If your kart needs more power it lets it go instead of attempting to hang on to it. Very close to that of a lipo in my opinion. The take off / punch is noticeable without changing punch or timing on your esc. We'll go public later on next month with the cells. So far they been good cells for Todd, Mitch and myself.

I think Roberts holding back with the descriptions he gave. I seen his kart with the new batteries and to me its faster. Not only off the line but in over all speed. What I understand is charging them is different.

No, nothing held back why you say that Gary? We've said they're faster off the line and a little better than the others. We even said the kart was faster as you described in punch and over all. Not sure what you mean by holding back.

Has Todd came up with any ideas about events or are you handling it all once again Robert?

It'll be interesting to see what he comes up with. With Robert up here not sure if I'll be traveling down there anymore. I kinda got the best of both worlds at my door step now.

If worst comes to worst everyone could use Dothan for Alabama racing. Its not central but could hold excellent attendence being next to FL. GA and MS.

No biggie to me. I just want various track locations when I'm on the road.

I think tracks in different regions are a great idea. I beleive George mentioned it in the other forums months back. By the way George runs Battlefield RC onroad up in North GA.

Well with me traveling as I do it would be nice to have options. My racing schedules can be last minute with me not knowing where I'll be week to week.

This year will be no different than others Lead. You let me know when and where your at and I'll see what's around the area. Keep in mind we only have races in: MO, IL, AL, TN, FL, and NY for now. NV is still pending but sounds like they'll be racing outdoors. They lost the bid on the one complex and you can't touch a ballroom there for under less than a grand.
