cg of 53mm works good for me
throw as minimal as possible; bottom rung of servos, top rung of the control horns for me. If you build a sub-250kph Reverb you will of course want more throw.

This thing is so darn fast, what a rush.... I was still having a hard time seeing it. Well I added even more color to the top. Going away and coming at you the profile is so thin it can disappear easily. Hope this helps.

Mike
I originally started by just cutting out some stripes and the #88 out of monokote and applied them with a iron seen here.

I was still having a hard time seeing this fast machine so I just got some florescent spay paint and painted over the monokote and then removed it. Hopefully the paint doesn't peel off due to the high speed I am sure you could use tape instead of monokote if needed.

I've heard that putting a reflective tape on the front of the wing helps when it is coming towards you. I have it on my X-plane and it does help. Not sure where to get it from though, someone said an angling store!

That sounds like a great idea, I am definitely going to try that. I found this on ebay. Is this similar to what you are referring to.

I am using Dymond D60 servos all around. They fit real nice and have worked well so far. I only have about 10 flights though.

Yes the elevator control horn sucks. I made my own out of a piece of carbon fiber.
