I listed the Align blades so people would have an idea on weight. Up to now been using HK wood blades that I machine the bottom for a closer type to scale.

What blades do you think they should be compared to, I only know of two makers of scale blades. And you can't really compare them to the sym blades since they are not designed for anything other than scale flight. You sure wonld never go inverted with these, and I run them as slow as I can with out burning up the esc. or untel I loose tail control.

The scale blades new 120g version out market since last month about 300 piece . All commend is positive and nothing complain , Just sorry for the first test pilot wrong sent you the (photo use) blades set .J x company Japan have testing it .Base commend is positive ,I have cut more than 3 type (super good band name ) 3-D blades .the safty level we still keep in high . We are not the best rotor blades, but i hope we can stay in the best safty blades . I cut my SM blades a section about 5 cm distance(close the blades grip ) from the screw hole . it still keep 35% carbon material in that section . extremely strong , just the production cost is higher ,But keep the customer safty is the first i want , but i hope that second photo germany products no more in market . the big bubble is a space inside (hollow) , it is the epoxy not stick well the inside filler material . after tempurature change especial after weather warm . the air get bigger volum . the bubble be come bigger , it is very dangerous if you make a hight G trurn , if the high G turn let the force focus in this point and than......... please see this topic .

Infact the test is finished , the market is some pilot using , and flying happy !it is 650mm x 42mm width , semi-symmetical .full carbon . paint in mold drak gray colour .weight about 120g . it fit to 600 fuselage especial the raise tail version . and also fit 700 size 4or 5 blades head . so i let this length between 600and 700 commen use . over 350 piece in market flying now maybe a little still in assemble their scale fuselage . But no complain .in fact no MFG let the product in the topic . the market also have good and bad commend half /half . So no one set a topic about their products especial this sensitive parts . but my concept is different , maybe !!! i just want let you have a safty blades and let the scale helicopter more fun . more good scale !!! Because i like better scale .So i like the scale is not only in the outside (Skin ) inside also need scale look..rotor head is the next target . the scale blades will have 325mm and 430mm and 600 and 680mm coming out , the 780mm already completed .

Any news on when the 680s will be available? I have started flying with the 650s and they are very promising so far.

Hi Kin,

That would be nice if there came also CCW Asymmetrical multi blade sets on the marked but I guess that the marked are not that big for that kind of special blades. otherwise please people respond on this.

But symmetrical scale blades can be used both sides and have (I think) enough marked to justify the investment of a second symmetrical mold.

Kind regards,

PS, good to hear that your second batch of blades are performing well as expected.

I was using the 650 mm blades on one of my models at the ScaleMasters. It was only set up a couple of weeks ahead of time so I was still essentially dialing myself in - still flew pretty well.

So far I am pleased with the performance to the extent that I expect to order a set of the 680s when available.

But - why the curved tips on a "scale" blades????

I design it mainly for the eurocopter version . i can make straight tip end . it is no problem for me , but scale customer in big number in european i think .maybe wrong ! And Thankyou Mirko share the nice photo . The PHT2 is very nice !
