As above - ordered goods on 25th of August, and had an email informing me the three items had been shipped on the 29th August.
I still have no goods. Will be getting a card refund if they are not here on Monday.

DirectSourse4U are now banned from GR Groups.

I can now disclose that I had to report the owner of the company to the police for leaving a threatening voicemail, making a threatening phone call and harassing me via email.

Transcript of menacing voicemail:

I dont know if there has been a change at 4U but I am in the UK and I ordered a hubsan x4 to be delivered to the USA They do a world wide delivery for I think about £9.00

I had mails from the 4u and the carrier and it arrived to the recipient two days ago in the USA ,in just over two weeks

Can only speak as I find and no I dont work for them

Mind you I was worried as I found this thread after a friend told me there were problems with 4U so I was concerned and had I read this thread first I would not have ordered from them

Just goes to show

Oh how I wish I'd searched the vendor before ordering myself.

I ordered one before Christmas after calling to confirm delivery would take place in time.

The dates on the website got pushed out then changed to delivery after xmas. I called them to cancel and ordered elsewhere.

The response to cancelling was frustration to them it would cost them (I do all online shopping via mastercard for the ease of cancelling in this sort of situation).

Well its been a couple of weeks, 3 emails and still nothing so via mastercard it is. Shame really as after getting from elsewhere, I would have been ordering spares and a friend who wants one as well. . .

As above - buyers beware. . .search of this company shows many forum posts saying similar

I was gonna give DS4U the benefit of the doubt an order a X4 and a crash pack this week, not gonna happen, I'm off to town to get my X4 from Modelzone.

Below is an email sent to my partners email from a company/eBay user/RCG member that has the same contact details as DS4U, I have censored the names and addresses inline with the data protection act, given what DS4U have said about legal action against you.

Further to this threatening email sent yesterday lunch time to my partner’s private email address, DO NOT contact either of us outside of eBay again.
