Agreed. They are a waste of time and my credit card company are going to do a charge back for me.

As above - ordered goods on 25th of August, and had an email informing me the three items had been shipped on the 29th August.
I still have no goods. Will be getting a card refund if they are not here on Monday.

I can now disclose that I had to report the owner of the company to the police for leaving a threatening voicemail, making a threatening phone call and harassing me via email.

Transcript of menacing voicemail:

I never got my Hubsan x4 from them and my credit card company have now refunded me.

Having had a Visit from our kind local police station who is based behind us, they had some very interesting things to say, after showing them what we had about you.

we have been advised once again to take legal action against you, and we have every right in doing so.

Ask you once more to remove it, or 100% , will see you in court, for slander and loss of sales due to your slander of our company.

I dont know if there has been a change at 4U but I am in the UK and I ordered a hubsan x4 to be delivered to the USA They do a world wide delivery for I think about £9.00

I had mails from the 4u and the carrier and it arrived to the recipient two days ago in the USA ,in just over two weeks

Can only speak as I find and no I dont work for them

Mind you I was worried as I found this thread after a friend told me there were problems with 4U so I was concerned and had I read this thread first I would not have ordered from them

Oh how I wish I'd searched the vendor before ordering myself.

I ordered one before Christmas after calling to confirm delivery would take place in time.

The dates on the website got pushed out then changed to delivery after xmas. I called them to cancel and ordered elsewhere.

The response to cancelling was frustration to them it would cost them (I do all online shopping via mastercard for the ease of cancelling in this sort of situation).

Well its been a couple of weeks, 3 emails and still nothing so via mastercard it is. Shame really as after getting from elsewhere, I would have been ordering spares and a friend who wants one as well. . .

As above - buyers beware. . .search of this company shows many forum posts saying similar

A small number of years ago I had a very bad experience with a dodgy guy who sold me a counterfeit
Jumpjet, Phill of sneflight wa a fantastic help in me proving to ebay it was counterfeit.

After an email conversation with a friend where i said DS4U address and telephone number the same as a indian takeaway, he mentioned he looked up the address on Goggle Street view and it was not a shop or a take away but a house set back in a close....

DS4U phoned a RCG member an threatened to send people round for bad mouthing DS4U on RCG, the member phoned the police and the DS4U guy got cautioned, The dodgy eBayer I had a Counterfeit jumpjet from send me and my partner threatening "I know where you live" emails.

I was gonna give DS4U the benefit of the doubt an order a X4 and a crash pack this week, not gonna happen, I'm off to town to get my X4 from Modelzone.

I hope these guys get taken down. Nasty reading and deplorable behavior...

1. Send product back to us by 20/11/12, in a unused condition ( postage is down to you, you should not off accepted the items if you had known that you had claimed a charge back, you had wrongfully accepted goods, knowingly fraudulently.
2. Repay us for the amount you owe by 19/11/12
3. we will pass the debt to a collectors agency, you can deal with them.

This could all have been avoided had you acted like a business seller, instead of money grabbing, bullies.

YOU could have prevented this by giving a refund on a faulty item, but YOU denied my right to replacement or refund under the "Sale of Goods Act 1979" which clearly states that if a product is faulty the consumer is entitled to a full refund.
YOU chose to tell lies, contradicting your own lies throughout your messages.
YOU chose to sell counterfeit items.
YOU placed a video showing a demonstration of a product that you were not selling in your listing, which was very misleading.
We CONTACTED the manufacturers who informed us by email – a copy of which can be supplied – that you do not get your product from Snelflight as you stated in one of your emails. You and your “company” are not in anyway connected to them apart from them trying to shut you down as you are in breach of Intellectual Property and Copyright law by copying their design – they hold the PATENT – not you.
You stated that Flytecs was the brand – it is not the brand it is your company name only!

This matter could easily go away by refunding us our money for a FAULTY, COUNTERFEIT item, you are dragging this out by not fulfilling your obligations. You are a disgrace to eBay and eBay sellers - the vast majority of whom are decent, honest people, something you are clearly not.

Further to this threatening email sent yesterday lunch time to my partner’s private email address, DO NOT contact either of us outside of eBay again. Be aware I have contacted eBay about this and am going to be following the process regarding abusive, threatening communications from sellers. It is unacceptable
