I do agree ECHO its the same here in the UK, if we were doing that sort of thing someone would want to know if a "risk assessment" had been carried out. LOL

True, but there are agencies like the FAA and Highway Patrol that take a very dim view of such shenanigans, and really like to hand out large fines for them.
