Help!
Two meter Rotor plans

Ok, I am getting older and can't remember the name of the two meter Rotor to look up some plans. I would like to find some plans to see how much got added to the stab and find or the two meter version. Thanks for your help!

nope, Xica is a completely different plane. There was a two meter option for the Rotor.

Nice try Steve, The Vmax was a two meter originally and then he put Rotor style wings on it and called it the Vmax Plus! The Rotor two meter was call ginshoe and this is not the spelling but the sound of the name I Think. I could be in left field. I might need to make a trip to the shop and go through some paper work and find it.

Joe,

Plan links:

http://www.slopeflyer.com/artman/publish/VS-plans.shtml

Press release about the "new" Rotor with a 58" or 2m wing. Looks like the same fuse and tail for both.

http://www.rcsoaringdigest.com/Slope...ws/SSNV1N6.pdf

However, check out the ad in this pdf and the tail does look bigger on the thermal wing version:

http://www.rcsoaringdigest.com/Slope...ws/SSNV2N4.pdf

Not that any of this helps since you are looking for actual plans

Adam

Joe, maybe the "Ginshoe" you're thinking of was the Xingu (because that's how it's pronounced). That was basically a 100" Xica. I'm not an expert on VS stuff, so I could be wrong, but I never heard a name for the 2m Rotor.

The Xingu is a set of plan's form Model builder and it's just a 2m A/E and maybe R. Ihave the original issue with the article and it's a good read. I've given some thought to maling a plug for a mold. Of course I do that alot.

There was also a kind of regular 2m trainer looking layout, but I've never seen one. Only a ad in a magazine.
