How about a list of plans that utilize Ace foam wings ?

I have several sets of replica Ace foam wings coming from a guy on ebay that is making them.

I would assume that there are a lot of plans out there that use ace wings (from the '70-'90's)

I'll be building one called "Eyelash"

Make a list if you know of others.

Cricket, Cessna 150, Simple 400. They are all pretty much the same layout.

Ok, big question is, do you have tapered Ace wings, or the constant chord ones coming in, or both? There's some very cool airplanes for either.

One of my all time favorites for the constant chord that can be built using the Ace wing as a core is the Hobby Shack 1/2a SST. Very nimble and fast little airplane when set up correctly. These are the RCM plans, but they are identical. If they're actual ACE wings you have, you may not even need to sheet the wings as called for in the plans, but the benefit is that if you do you can really over motor the airplane and make a super hot rod out of it, as the sheeting will add a lot of rigidity either way. I still have mine that I built from the kit 20 years ago when I was 10, and just flew it at the beach today. It's electric now however.

No, Ace tapered foam wings per the plan. Sheeted with balsa.

Unfortunately no one is making the original cast as far as I know, so I will be balsa sheeting the hot wired/cnc ones.

I had 2 original SST's many moons ago. One of the best and most fun. Wouldn't tip stall no matter how slow you got it, super stable fast and aerobatic. Plus easy engine access for tuning and trying different engines.

The original 1/2A SST had cut foam cores, which are a lot flimsier than the Ace foam wings. That's why the balsa strips in the plans. I would not sheet Ace wings, they end up way too heavy. Strapping tape under the Solarfilm or Econocote covering works just fine, you might bend them into a U shape with a ton of g's, but no way they will break.

Also the 1/2A SST had a sharper leading edge and the max chord thickness happened a lot farther back than the Ace wings.
