I was thinking Goop or WGG . I was wondering how hard it would be to cut it out if I if I glued it in with epoxy. I probably will be cutting it out again one day on another repair .

I think it's a good deal for a lot of Techone foamies.

Sure!

But you'll be on your own regarding CG issues, not to mention construction details. If you're handy, creative, and resourceful enough, should be a neat plane when done.

The battery rack of the S bach 342 , 1100 mm. is perfect for a 2200.

I'm sure there is a lot of better candidate then a middle wing S bach to be transform into a biplane. Just add a top wing to a low wing plane or the opposite....

I love the epp sbach and thought just adding a top wing slightly forward then add struts and cabane. Im sure there are better choices but I really like the way the sbach flies and am not fond of the hobbyking angel bipe. I may end up getting it though. Thanks

Just curious why you want to make the sbach into a biplane?? As you say it's a great flyer just the way it is, and likely wont fly as good if you modify it?

Are you just looking for a good 3D foamie? if so check out the "Pluma"

Can the pluma handle some wind? I love the sbach as is. But I want a nice bipe that can do what it does, float around and rip it up if I want. Im not super crazy about the looks of the angel bipe but may get it. I prefer to stick with epp for my more sporty planes.

*****Edit******
I just watched a vid on the pluma, seemed too floaty for me, I want something with just a tad more energy.

I haven't gotten one (yet), but earlier in this thread, Paleomanjim posted about his HK EPP Pitts:
