Looks good DUP!
Did you narrow the root? very nice blade shape now.
GregG, if you make the 3D model for the mould it sure is al lot less work for me
My 3D modeling skills are very limited, I can not do it ( yet).
also the prop blade needs manual work to smoothen the hub -blade tranfer region.
I am not able to do that in 3D modelling.
and you pay the printed parts per volume, a 1.5 gram prop is about 10 euro.
A mould is possible but also costly.
and then you still have to finish the surface, much more difficult in negative.
So for the moment positive seems the way to go.

Yes printing definitely goes up in price with larger parts!
I have not modified the root Tjarko, just profiled the blade to blend into it. And added the fillet of course.

The High Performance Props of RCG
A suggestion: regarding the mini Hotliners (X-plane etc.) I have found that there might be a prop size that could perform better than the ones on the market today. I do believe that putting a 16x17 or even a 14.5x15 will create an excess of thrust at the expense of flight time and pitch speed in the typical setups used, while the 12x17 does not cut the mustard because of poorly designed (thick) blades.
In my X-plane I have found that a chopped RFM 15x16 gives me the best combo of thrust, pitch speed and battery economy. The prop measures about 13x16 and mounted to a 36mm RFM center piece it is 333mm wide.
Here's my X with this prop at 1700W:
