Laddie’s 62”scale model of RANS S-11 “Pursuit“.

All balsa model with AXI 4120/18 for power. The flying weight with 6S 5000mA batteries is 7Lbs.
Wing area is 480sq. Inch and the fuselage without the elevator is 484 sq. Inch.
Will be test flown sometime in March or April when temperatures are above freezing.

No, I will not be selling the plans. I found out that the model was next to impossible to control. Extremely pitch sensitive. Moving the C/G did not help. Finely I smacked it hard, so the plane is no more. This was one of few scale models that I could not make to fly to my liking. I knew in advance from reading about the full size plane that I might be in trouble. The full size was destroyed while testing.

It did look scary just sitting there with that short moment.To bad. It was a good looking model.Somethings are just not meant to be.Give you credit for attempting to fly it.
