ARF Red Bull Midi Edge 540 Flightworks

Hi, I am pretty new to ARF kits and don't know how the wings are supposed to be mounted. The instructions not mention it. Do you guys have any ideas, I appreciate any help!

A bit of a guess as I don't have that model.

The long rod in the middle of your picture looks like the wing spar, it should go through the fuselage and the wings side on each side. There must be some sort of locking mechanism then that holds them in place.

Is it the Fliteworks Midi Edge ?.

I assume you are already quite a good RC flier to take on that model.

Yes, it's a flight works midi edge, my 4th plane and first arf.

Just wondering if you think glue would be used along with the locking mechanism?
Thanks

Glue ?. It would depend on whether you ever wanted to remove the wings again.

I found a thread on that model -- FliteWork Midi Edge 540

You could always add a post to it as it is quite recent, asking for any tips, ideas, recommendations etc .

After you install the wing half's on the carbon rod going through the fuselage, there should be 2 nylon bolts, per side, to hold each wing onto the fuselage.
