All structure was made by plywood and balsa that was cut on CNC machine.

Damned impressive build! It looks like you are using a 6 or 7% symmetrical airfoil?

Also, could you share how you formed the clear canopy from the glas-over-foam mold?

I used a 80% symmetrical airfoil, and the canopy i made using epoxy resin for protect the foam and after i use fiberglass to improve the resistance and endure the temperature.

Great thanks. Did not know you could even put a foam buck in the oven - I figured you'd have a puddle of plastic (and major issues with my dear wife).
